The Ursus Vita housing estate is located at Herbu Oksza Street. It is the north-eastern part of the district, called Szamoty.

Ursus Vita is a housing estate consisting of 6 buildings, forming the next stages of the investment.

The investment is characterized by an elegant and modernist shape of buildings, maintained in a monochromatic combination of gray and white, with strong, energetic color accents. Steel elements of the structure and glass railings of the balconies refer to the industrial character of the district.
