The founders of the company that today operates under the name FS&P Arcus were Zbigniew Babiński, Andrzej Fajans, Zofia Fajans and Mariusz Ścisło. Since its inception, Andrzej Fajans has been the president of the management board, and since his death in 2001, Mariusz Ścisło has been at the helm of the company, in the years 2012 -2019, for two terms, also the president of SARP, awarded the title of Hercules of the Year 2018 BUILDER AWARDS.
In Warsaw's Gocław, where our headquarters have been located since 1996 (1995?), we have designed several dozen residential buildings over the years, e.g. housing estates Orlik 3 – 115, Jantar, Wilga, Adria, Iskra, and other projects are in progress.
We contributed to the transformation of the once industrial and neglected part of Warsaw's Wola district into a very attractive location for both business and residents, where residential functions are adjacent to office buildings as the opposite of Mordor (an office district in Mokotów), by designing the Karolkowa Business Park and Concept Tower office buildings, which we received in 2012 the distinction awarded by the Builder monthly "Construction Company of the Year" in the "Architects" category and the Metropoint Office, as well as the residential buildings Grzybowska 85 and Metropoint Apartments at Karolkowa Street.

One of the recently completed projects is the PKP Warszawa Zachodnia railway station and the West Station office complex, awarded the TOP Builder 2018 title and statuette, and the Rondo Wiatraczna Municipal Complex, which received the TOP Builder 2019 award.
Reaching back, it is worth mentioning the various completed projects that came out of our studio, such as the building of the State Securities Printing Works, swimming pools in Brzeg and Płońsk, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the Targówek Town Hall, the Promenada Shopping Center stage III, or the Shopping and Recreation Center in Novosibirsk.​
