The Towarowa Towers residential building complex is being erected in the Wola district at Towarowa Street.
Towarowa Towers consists of two 29-storey towers (325 apartments in tower A and 252 in tower B). The investment also includes three Towarowa Square apartment buildings with 7-12 floors, which together with Towarowa Towers form a coherent complex, also offering service and catering spaces on the lower floors.
A representative lobby with a reception desk, a common space for residents with a fitness club and a terrace, as well as a green courtyard with elements of small architecture have been planned on the investment site.​
