The designed office complex is planned in a rectangular layout, in order to fit in the best possible way with the historical spatial arrangement of historic buildings.
The basic idea of ​​the project was to cover the simple glass façade of the buildings with a coat of a semi-transparent membrane on a steel substructure. In this way, an effect reminiscent of technical-industrial architecture was obtained and they were included in one coherent block connected by a covered passage/atrium.
The steel structure visible en face is hardly visible and gives the effect of translucency of the façade. At the junction, the steel elements overlap each other creating a compact, shimmering body. In this way, a building was obtained whose facade is variable depending on the position of the observer
