The building is complemented by the developing quarter with regular frontages. Located at the intersection of internal streets, it is a local dominant. The office function designed in it integrates with the residential function implemented in parallel (recently).
The fully glazed, homogeneous façade makes the body legible. Its colors and vertical arrangement are in negative to the black finish of the massive block of the office complex located in the vicinity.
