The main idea was to design a buffer development in the form of service, office and commercial buildings around the plot and a green recreational area in the inner part of the site with detached multi-family residential buildings, while preserving as many existing trees as possible.
The concept assumes the division into two equivalent functions of the entire area - service, commercial and office in the southern part of the plot, and multi-family housing in the inner part of the plot.
The multi-family housing development was designed in the form of detached point and linear buildings. Such shaping of the buildings has been proposed in order to distinguish the designed complex of buildings against the background of investments being built in the vicinity
