Description
The investment consists of three intimate buildings with a total of 93 apartments. The planned completion date of the investment is Q3 2024.
The buildings are spatially arranged as simple two-story blocks covered with gable roofs characteristic of the area. A characteristic element of the architecture is an openwork pergola complementing the roof surface, under which there is a green terrace above the top floor.
The structure of apartments in the Millanova estate consists of premises of various sizes. The smallest are 40.25 square meters
