The work includes divisions of tenement houses with the use of various cladding materials. The materials should be adapted to the higher standard of the surrounding development and the entire Port Praski investment. Initially, it was planned to use facade stone, fiber cement boards, two types of bricks and to enable a neutral connection with the development in the sharp border of the next stage of white plaster. In reference to the historical aesthetic measures used in shaping the frontage in Praga Północ, a visual highlight of the corner was designed through an elevated loggia. It is a natural starting point for the quarter and emphasizes the larger apartment on the top floor.
The patio is accessible to all residents, from each staircase. In order to ensure the separation of the seating area on the patio and shielding it from the apartments and balconies, high greenery and pergolas with the possibility of planting with vines were designed.​
