The residential building is located in the frontage with strict respect for the scale, the building line of the urban layout of the modernist WSM housing estate, built from the 1920s by Szymon and Helena Syrkus, to the socialist realism of the 1950s, with buildings entered in the register of monuments.
Architecture with a high standard of finish, with stone facades, with an orderly rhythm of windows with large, glazed balconies.​
